VEGETARIAN POTATO DIET | THE PERFECT SOULFOOD FOR WINTER

VEGETARIAN POTATO CHILI
Ingredients:
5 medium-sized potatoes
2 tbsp sunflower oil
2 onions
2 chili peppers (mild or hot, as you like it)
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon smoked paprika powder
salt
2 cans of kidney beans
1 can of corn
2 cans of chopped tomatoes
50 g dark chocolate
4 tbsp sour cream / cream Vega
2 stalks of coriander

PREPARATION: VEGETARIAN POTATO CHILI
First you cut the washed potatoes with the skin into 1.5 – 2 cm cubes and fry them in oil. Then cut the onions into strips, the chilli into rings and add them to the potatoes.
Fry everything for about 5 minutes and then add the spices, beans, corn and tomatoes. Let it simmer for 10 minutes.
Then add the chocolate and stir it in. Then add salt to taste and the delicious potato chili is ready. Serve it with a dollop of sour cream (or a vegan alternative) and some fresh coriander.
