You will need 1 whole wheat English muffin. 2 thick slices of tomato will be good. Top each muffin half with tomato. Heat the olive oil and crack your eggs. Wait untill the whites are almost set. 2 minutes will be enough. On top of each egg, add cheese. And then season your egg with salt and pepper. Put the egg on top the muffin and your Breakfast is ready!
