Ingredients

1 1/2 teaspoon olive oil

4 ounces crimini mushrooms sliced

1 1/2 cups chopped kale

1/2 teaspoon floor thyme

2 garlic cloves minced

1/4 teaspoon salt divided

1/4 teaspoon ground pepper divided

3 huge eggs

2 substantial egg whites

3 tablespoons h2o

1/2 ounces chevre goat cheese, crumbled

1 tablespoon minced flat-leaf parsley

Guidelines

Warmth the olive oil in a substantial nonstick skillet. Incorporate the mushrooms and cook till tender, 4 to 5 minutes.
