Breakfast Grain Bowl Recipe with Tart Cherries, Sausage & Kale

1/2 cup dry farro I utilized ]Bob’s Pink Mill farro
1 3/4 cup water
4 ounces turkey breakfast sausage slash into 3/4-inch parts

2 garlic cloves minced
6 ounces kale stem taken off & roughly chopped
1/3 cup dried Montmorency tart cherries
1/8 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon very hot sauce
1/2 teaspoon honey or agave nectar
pinch of salt

Hubby (the bike owner) won’t eat sweet/savory, but the relaxation of us will, so I may well have to modify his. But this sound brilliant. And I have a cross county functioning teenage son that is consuming Anything! So I’m psyched that these are filling but not high-priced to make. And the fiber and protein is an awesome combo for the diabetic in our spouse and children.
